Our service is being developed by our learning and development team. It is based around a learning infrastructure that offers core skills development for all temporary staff. We will work with our clients to identify their staffing needs and will guarantee our staff will be selected and inducted appropriately for their job role. They will bring relevant key skills to the workplace including a comprehensive awareness of Health and Safety. We will monitor their performance and support their development with workshops to ensure an on-going quality provision.

As many merchandising staff can be working alongside construction workers in re-fit and refurbishment projects there is an increasing demand from employers and contractors for these staff to hold a Construction Skills Certification Scheme [CSCS] card. To obtain this card they must have passed the Construction Skills Basic Health and Safety Test. If you provide temporary staff to these industries or you have permanent staff that require CSCS cards the learning taskforce can offer a suite of comprehensive training packages that provide a smooth journey for your employee to be trained, sit the test and apply for the card while you can continue concentrating on your business.
