Ken Tilston trained 15 of our staff here at Dole Fresh uk, on a NVQ Level 2 Business Improvement Techniques. it was an absolute pleasure enjoyed by all attendees, I would like to thank Ken on behalf of all the staff for all the hard work in teaching us the course and in a very informative & constructive manner. Having taken on board all that we had be taught the practical part of the course showed how we as a teams had gained strength to communicate and work together as one, and emphasized how much we had really learned without realizing. this I am sure will only strengthen us going forward.

Ken (Mersey Training) trains 25 of our staff in 3 different types of NVQ, he delivers effective training and very understands of our day to day business, flexibly working with us to ensure staff receives training without major disruption or cost to our production process. Ken is very friendly and approachable meaning the most reserved of our staff feel at ease receiving the training they require.

Ken (Mersey Training) has not only helped executives and employees of my company and other to envision and strategise better business platforms, he has also given them the immediate useable tools they need to implement necessary changes. I do not think that anyone in the marketplace is able to do what he does as well as he does it and as client I can tell you that any company and its department heads would be grateful to you if you could give them access to his talent.

Ken’s (Mersey Training) ability to provide immediately useful training in the context of intensely intellectual strategy sessions is truly amazing.

Some consultants like to position themselves as “strategist” and feed that training is beneath them or rather a function left to "lesser minds”? I personally find this attitude to be frustrating since no strategy discussions are meaningful unless you can give your people the specific communication, planning and critical thinking tools necessary to implement new strategies.

Ken (Mersey Training) brings a rare gift to the world of executive level consulting. Primarily he is humble and unassuming but he has a remarkable ability to orchestrate profoundly open and meaningful conversation among company executives who may be at odds with one another on multiple issues. Because people seem to trust him quickly, they will open up in meetings much more.
